We make promises we can keep. FlorWest embarked in the real estate development business in 2010 with the obtaining of its first investment property in Coquitlam. Since then we have built, renovated and sold many homes in the Ridge Meadows and Tri City Area.

Daniel Floritto is a seasoned real estate developer and licensed builder with over 15 years of experience in construction and property development. Known for his hands-on approach and deep market insight, Daniel focuses on delivering strong, consistent returns for investors. His commitment to integrity and transparency ensures that each project not only meets high standards but also creates long-term value. As the leader of the fund, Daniel’s goal is to build lasting partnerships and drive sustainable growth for all investors involved.
A true multi-hyphenate — a Red Seal steel fabricator and marine shipbuilder turned entrepreneur with a passion for building not just structures, but empires. From making waves in the music industry to owning Royal Rose Tattoo and Rosé Ink Parlour, Clayton’s creative vision and business acumen have set him apart. Venturing into real estate, he didn’t just dip his toes — he dove in headfirst. Now based at RE/MAX Magnolia in the Fraser Valley, Clayton quickly made his mark, earning RE/MAX Rookie of the Year 2024 (GVB), 100% Club, Medallion Club – Top 10% of all Realtors, and ranking #87 in RE/MAX Western Canada’s Top 100 agents for sales from January to March.
